Terms & Conditions:

Elite Roofers will warrant that our installers will perform work in a good and workmanlike manner and that our roof will be free from leaks caused by defects in our installers’ workmanship for two years from the date of home purchase. We will provide labor to repair roofing system components we installed. Our liability is limited to performing such repairs, WHICH IS THE SOLE REMEDY AVAILABLE UNDER THIS CONTRACT.

This warranty applies to completed work, only as to the roof area where Elite Roofers performed the roof installation. If you sell the house during the warranty period, Elite Roofers will honor this labor warranty to the new Property Owner(s) until the sooner of one year from the date you sell your house, or the end of two years from the date of home purchase. During the warranty period, you agree to notify Elite Roofers within 72 hours of discovering a leak and to take reasonable immediate actions to prevent further damage. Elite Roofers will send a representative to inspect a reported leak. Multiple inspections may be necessary to determine the cause of a leak. You agree to provide Elite Roofers reasonable access, at reasonable times, to your property, to perform such inspections and to investigate leaks.

Roofing materials are separately warranted by the manufacturer. Elite Roofers will transfer all such warranties to you upon request. You agree to complete any necessary manufacturer's warranty documentation and submit it to the manufacturer. Not all manufacturers require the homeowner to register the warranty.

You release Elite Roofers from and agree not to pursue claims against Elite Roofers for environmental conditions, including (but not limited to) the presence of mold, claimed to be caused or worsened by moisture, leaks or water. Even if such conditions are claimed to be caused by any negligence of Elite Roofers or its installers.You agree that Elite Roofers is not responsible for damages from fire, windstorm, hail, tornadoes, hurricanes, or other hazards to work in progress or completed work, even if it occurs during the warranty period, absent a separate written agreement signed by you and Elite Roofers before work is commenced. You agree to maintain in force a policy of Homeowner's insurance covering casualty to your property from such conditions. Elite Roofers limited warranty does not apply to damage or to repairs resulting from any of the foregoing events and Elite Roofers shall have no obligation to repair or replace roof components damaged by such events. You agree that when shingle specifications are exceeded by wind or any other force, any labor warranty is void.

Elite Roofers will not warrant roofing on your new home in the immediate area of any roof mounted equipment, such as satellite dishes, solar panels, or antennas. Penetrations in the roof caused by roof mounted equipment may cause leaks or damage to roofing materials. You agree that any leaks or damage caused by installation of roof mounted equipment will not be the responsibility of Elite Roofers.

Framing issues may cause telegraphing or "waves" in the roof. Such framing issues are not part of the roof and will not be warranted by Elite Roofers. You agree that framing issues will not be the responsibility of Elite Roofers.

Submission of this New Construction Roof Extended Warranty form is considered agreement to all stated terms and conditions above.
