Our Production Supervisor, and most tenured team member, Sandra works with all Elite Roofers' clients to schedule roof replacements, material deliveries, and any other work to be performed at our customers' homes. Sandra trains and supervises our entire administrative staff.

Kat, Our Production Support admin handles scheduling for all roof repairs and any other trades, such as fences, gutters, painting, drywall, and whatever else is needed to complete your project. If you have a question about when your job is scheduled, Kat is the best person to ask.

Susanna, our Customer Service Representative is typically the first person who answers the phone when you call. Susanna will find the answers you need, or direct your call to the appropriate person. Susanna also handles HOA forms and permitting for all our residential clients.

Lili, Elite Roofers' Claims Specialist reviews insurance claims and communicates with adjusters to take the burden off of homeowners to the extent allowable by the insurance companies. She tracks each claim to ensure that our clients get the best outcome and are informed at each step of the process.

Field Service Manager, Robert inspects roofs and properties for damage assessments, writes estimates, and oversees the completion of work, in and on customers' homes. Whether for siding replacement, a fresh coat of paint, roof repairs, interior restoration, fence or roof replacement, Robert manages it all, and is glad to be of service.

Project Supervisor, Ruben and his team provide job site supervision and quality control on roofing projects. When your roof replacement is completed, Ruben typically performs the final quality inspection. Ruben has years of experience overseeing roof installation and he will make sure everything is completed to our high standards.

New Construction & Commercial Roofing Director, Larry handles all our commercial, new construction, and specialty roofing projects, including insurance, retail, residential, and repairs. With his many years of experience and high level of expertise, Larry can ensure your new metal roof, tile roof, shingle roof, TPO, EPDM, Modified Bitumen roof, or other roofing is completed to Elite standards.

Job Site Coordinator - Robert ensures that each commercial roofing project, new build roof, or roof repair, is constructed to the specifications agreed upon with our builders and clients. As a crew leader, Robert is on-site to oversee newbuild roof construction, roof repairs, he also delivers materials, and performs roof inspections and quality control inspections.

At Elite Roofers, we believe that cleanup is key to a great roof replacement experience. Our cleaning crew lead, Joanna, makes sure that we pick up as many nails as possible, with rolling magnets. She also looks in the bushes and gardens for fallen underlayment and other roofing debris, being sure to leave every job site cleaner than she found it.
