Most roofing warranties begin to pro-rate, or lose value, after the first 10 years. CertainTeed offers a basic SureStart period of 10 years at the full value of the materials and labor for any new Integrity Roof System™. However, this non-prorated 100% value can be extended with SureStart PLUS enhanced warranty coverage. Options include 3-Star, 4-Star, and the exclusive 5-Star SureStart PLUS warranties, only available from a CertainTeed Certified SELECT ShingleMaster™.

Lifetime Limited Warranty with Every Integrity Roof System™
10 Year SureStart™ Period
For the first 10 years of your new Integrity Roof System™, CertainTeed will cover 100% of labor and materials for any manufacturer defect.
Pro-Rated Coverage
Coverage after the SureStart™ period is pro-rated at 1/600th per month, from the end of the 10th year, to the 40th year. Pro-rating stops for the final 10 years of coverage, see CertainTeed Asphalt Shingles Warranty Packet for more details.
Warranty Transfers
This Warranty is Transferable from the original property owner/consumer to the first subsequent owner without any additional paperwork.

Active or retired military may receive a SureStart PLUS warranty at discounted rates with purchase of a new CertainTeed Integrity Roof System™ from Elite Roofers.
